Re: GOIN'S HAHA DON'T THAT TELL YOU SOMETHING?
I DON'T THINK IT'S ODD. THERE ARE ONLY 6-7 MEMBERS OF THAT UNION OF WHICH CAPTAIN GOINS IS A MEMBER. I DON'T THINK ANY FOP UNION SHOULD ENDORSE ANY CANDIDATE FOR JUDGE, PROSECUTER, OR SHERIFF. I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD REMAIN NEUTRAL AS A UNION AND VOTE FOR WHO THEY CHOOSE AS A PRIVATE CITIZEN.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD ASK SHERIFF DONINI WHY HE DIDN'T CHARGE A DEPUTIES FAMILY MEMBER IN THE HOMICIDE OF MR. HOLSINGER???

Re: GOIN'S HAHA DON'T THAT TELL YOU SOMETHING?
Scioto County's ball is in the rough and the ball is behind the tree. The trees are so thick here we can't even throw the ball out where we can play it.
We have not had an honest Sheriff since Jim Sutterfield left office in 1997 and Marty Donini and his crew took over.
We can stand much of Marty's dishonesty except where it causes much of the sad incompetence we have experienced by the placement of criminals on the Sheriff's force. One of the worst examples of a criminal incompetent wearing a peace officer's badge is the former highway patrol lieutenant Robert Woodford who was caught in the wrong with a stolen car one of his girl friends brought onto the highway patrol lot for long term storage in 1997. Th Highway Patrol gave "Woody" a lay-off but did not charge with him with a crime. (Woodford had an excuse; he was troubled because his wife was divorcing him.
Poor Woody, worse than that, Woody was
terribly scared of his girl-friend's husband who was hunting to find Woody away from the patrol post. The man who was after Woody didn't even carry or use a gun, but armed Lieutenant Robert Woodford was plenty scared of him, according to Woody's own recorded testimony in Highway Patrol Investigation hearings.
Six years later Lieutenant Woodford was caught destroying criminal complaint documents. Woody was destroying traffic tickets that his patrol officers wrote up on Woody's corrupted friends.
Robert Woodford got a big break. Rightfully, Woody should have received several years in state prison, but our Scioto County Prosecuting Attorney Lynn Grimshaw was serving overseas as a Major in the United States Army forces in the Iraq WAR.
Before Major Lynn Grimshaw got home from the War Zone and back in action at the Courthouse, Marty Donini had commissioned the criminal EX-Highway Patrol Lieutenant as a Captain in the Scioto County Sheriff's Office.
The last time I checked on Woodford's pay Marty Donini had authorized a rate of $36.84 an hour. (Not bad pay for a womanizing crooked cop who should be in prison.)
I'll write more before election; we still have Charles E.
Horner and his night-time door-busting episodes to touch on.
For just plain being mean, cowardly and corrupt Chuckie Horner is hard to beat, but he learned some lessons from Marty Donini when they worked together in their crimes against the citizens as the the Scioto Gestapo Drug Task Force.
Stay tuned, I'll try to write a few lines on one of the three
candidates for Sheriff every week.
Hey Super Sleuth; if you have a definite address on that bad, bad, man who talked his way past Captain Woodford, got away from the crime scene and got away with murder; just get me the address; he is wanted bad by one who has the coins to take care of him.
