Columbia Supporters - Charter removal
I ask that all whom support the Columbia and are willing to pass a petition for City Charter Removal to come to Council on August 27th. It is way past time.
Take out their Charter...Take back our City.
Place city under ORC....Chillicothe did/check em out now!
No more Johnsons...no more funky foundations ran by crooks allegedly for our betterment. Lets have the power to bring the State in to investigate...not our funky home governed/ruled city where they hire the likes of Josh Howard (Johnsons employee) to investigate Johnsons SOGP.
IF we have the support at council...we file the next day and then WORK. Our city can be saved from these evil people.

THE CHARTER MUST GO. WE HAVE LOST OUR DEMOCRACY IN PORTSMOUTH, OHIO.
Abraham LIncoln, in his solemn Address at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in 1863 spoke prayerfully and hopefully of ,"government of the people, by the people, and for the people," for all Americans.
Government "by the people" and Government "for the people" DOES NOT EXIST IN THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, OHIO.
Here in Portsmouth, Ohio, One Hundred and Forty-Nine Years after President Abraham Lincoln spoke at Gettysburg, we have only "Government of the People."
In Portsmouth we suffer with and are being destroyed with government of the majority of the citizens being ruled by the minority power of a small group of greedy and corrupt mobsters who secretly control our Mayor, our Councilmen, our Auditor and our City Solicitor.
Freedom is not free.
Every generation has to battle to keep it. Our Freedom has been stolen away under the Power of the City Charter.
REMOVE THE CITY CHARTER;
LET THE SUN SHINE IN.
It is our turn, here in Portsmouth, to stand up, speak up and take action to return our city and our loved ones to Democracy.
Recall the City Charter.
Write letters to the Editors, Attend Council Meetings, stand up and speak up, Use the forums: write notes and comments. And, pray for help.

Council....27 of August. Enough support shows, we move the 28th.
This must be done if our city is to ever cross back from being ran by unelected self appointed leaders like Johnsons SOGP gang. Do not think they no longer exists... Every one of them are in Johnsons Chamber of Com.....the only private owned one in the U.S. They all pay Johnson to be members.
This multi headed snake must have all its heads cut off or in this case, they will grow back.

Six O'clock this evening at City Hall City Council
will be meeting.
A move to return Democracy and honest government to Portsmouth will be brought forth by local leader
Lee Scott.
In 2004 Mr. Scott was the creator of the move to recall Greg Bauer from the Mayor's Office because of Bauer's corruption in purchasing the Martings
Department Store for Two Million Dollars, and other
criminal acts. Bauer was recalled by a vote of 7-3 and
and angry citizens recalled three members of the city council.
Come to the council meeting this evening and witness
another move for a return of our constitutional rights and replacement of several present city officials with honest persons.

A dozen or more citizens came to our meeting last night. It was decided that we would meet again and select a committe of four to be our petition founders. Whomever accepts these positions will be blasted by the local unelected leaders/thugs. On the other hand, you will be a true leader and a hero to the masses as time progresses.
It is time to Remove Their Charter - Take Back Our City.

WE WILL PURSERVERE. JOHNSONS SOGP GANG ALIVE AND WELL....UNDER CHAMBER OF COM. AND RULING OUR CITY....UNELECTED AND SELF APPOINTED.

RESTORE OUR FREEDOM, RESTORE OHIO REVISED CODE LAW TO THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH
Our First Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech has
been abused, denied and ignored by the Un-American
actions of City Councilmen John R. Haas, Nicholas Basham, James ‘Rich’ Saddler, appointed Mayor David Malone, and City Solicitor Michael Jones.
Democracy has been stolen away from the citizens of Portsmouth by the same controlling group that stole the two million dollars from you in the Martings purchase/theft in 2002 .
The small minority that rules this city has also stolen away our right to have a transparent government.
We presently have rulers regularly holding illegal, backroom secret meetings and making decisions costly to us, such as our council has been doing since John Haas was appointed by default as President of City Council in January 2011.
CLANDESTINE CONFERENCES RULE PORTSMOUTH?
Secretly, in September 2011, almost a year ago, our City Councilmen Kevin Johnson, Nicholas Bashman, James Richard Saddler, the appointed Mayor David Malone, the Honorable Judge Steve Mowery of the Municipal Court, and Michael Gampp, the President of the American Savings Bank (ASB), and also the President of the Southern Ohio Growth Partnership (SOGP) secretly conferred and set up a Committee To Search For a New Building to House City Government.
A similar committee has been formed and placed in action, repeatedly fpr the past ten years, since the 2002 ill-fated, grand theft of two million dollars. when this amount was extracted from the city treasury and passed over to C. Clayton Johnson by then-Mayor Greg Bauer and five corrupted councilpersons. (One Councilman would not vote for this theft. One honest one out of six city legislators? Seems to be standard for this dying city)
Time after time, year after year, since the citizens of Portsmouth were robbed of Two Million Dollars in the illegal purchase of the old Martings Department Store on the 29th of May, 2002 a committee made a search various properties, most of them unwanted by anyone else, and made their report.
Each time the decision was to move City Government out of the present Second Street location on the riverside, to the much older Martings Department Store building on Chillicothe Street.
With each attempt to make this unwanted move by the questionable councils the citizens rebelled and voted the plots of the secretive planners down.
The main difference this time of creating yet another “Search Committee”
is that this was done secretly, the public did not know of it, although it was a government enterprise by paid public city employees and included Municipal Court Judge Steve Mowery.
Now for the worst part: The creation of this false group was headed up by the President of th e American Savings Bank (ASB), Michael Gampp, who is also President of an acknowledged Racketeer Influenced Criminal Operation (RICO) by the name of the Southern Ohio Growth Partnership (SOGP) which is presently under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).-
